Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holiday). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping 2-3 business days (only upon request and extra payment)

We currently ship to customers within the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your packages journey.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
